When to book it
Garages, basements and family homes
The colonials here almost all have a finished or half-finished basement, and it is the room people most often forget to count. If yours has a bedroom and a bathroom down there, include them when you price the clean, otherwise the number on screen is for a smaller house than you have. If it is storage and a utility sink, leave it out and mention it in the notes.
These are family houses more than any other area we cover, which changes the checklist emphasis rather than the checklist. More floor, more surfaces at child height, more finger marks on glass doors and switch plates. Those are already on the list; here they are simply the parts that earn the visit.

What a standard clean covers
Every visit, every room, the same list. In family homes the floors, glass doors and switch plates carry most of the visible difference.
Kitchen
Counters, backsplash and sink scrubbed. Outside of every appliance. Cabinet fronts wiped. Floor washed by hand at the edges.
Bathrooms
Tub, shower, tile and grout line scrubbed. Toilet inside and out. Mirrors and fixtures polished streak free.
Bedrooms
Beds made with hotel corners. Surfaces dusted top to bottom. Under accessible furniture vacuumed.
Living areas
Dusted high to low, including sills, baseboards, blinds and switch plates. Upholstery vacuumed.
Floors throughout
Vacuumed and mopped, with corners and edges done by hand instead of a machine pass.
Finish

Should I count my finished basement?
If it has a bedroom or a bathroom you use, yes, include them when you price it. If it is storage and a utility sink, leave it out and say so in the notes.
Can the cleaner park in my driveway or garage?
Yes, and it helps. Clarendon is the easiest area we serve for access, which is why early slots here tend to run on time.
Do you do condos on the corridor as well as houses?
Both. A one-bedroom on Wilson is priced as a one-bedroom; a four-bedroom colonial off Washington is priced as a four-bedroom. Same checklist either way.
