- Counters, backsplash and sink scrubbed. Outside of every appliance. Cabinet fronts wiped. Floor washed by hand at the edges.
- Bathrooms
- Tub, shower, tile and grout line scrubbed. Toilet inside and out. Mirrors and fixtures polished streak free.
- Bedrooms
- Beds made with hotel corners. Surfaces dusted top to bottom. Under accessible furniture vacuumed.
- Living areas
- Dusted high to low, including sills, baseboards, blinds and switch plates. Upholstery vacuumed.
- Floors throughout
- Vacuumed and mopped, with corners and edges done by hand instead of a machine pass.
- Finish
- Trash out, fresh liners, and a photo of every room sent to you before your cleaner leaves.

Do I have to be home?
No, and most clients are not. You can leave a key, a lockbox or a door code. We are licensed and insured, we send photos of every room before we leave, and your card is not charged until the clean is finished.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we re clean it free. No argument, no partial credit, no form to fill in. That is the whole policy.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Products, cloths and vacuum all come with your cleaner. If you would rather we use something specific from your cupboard, leave it out and say so.
How does payment work?
You put a card on file when you book and it is charged after the clean, never before. No deposit, no invoice to chase.
Can I skip or move a week?
Yes. Give us 24 hours notice and there is no fee. Inside 24 hours there is a $50 charge, because your cleaner has already turned down other work for that slot.
Is the price on this page the real price?
Yes. The number the calculator gives you is the number you pay, including supplies, insurance and tax. We do not quote low and adjust on the day.
