I am in a building with a front desk. What do I need to do?
Add the desk's instructions to the notes when you book. If your building asks for a certificate of insurance before letting a cleaner in, tell us before you book - we cannot provide one yet, so we would rather say so than have you turned away at the desk.
Can I book a one-time clean before guests arrive?
