First visit

$30 off applied
Supplies and tax included. Your first clean is $175 — $30 off because you are new. Every visit after that is $205. The offer is for recurring plans; prices move with the size of your home and any extras you add.
Book yourself in under two minutes. No phone call, no waiting for a quote.
Plenty of DC households found their last cleaner through an app that advertised a first clean for less than lunch. The catch tends to be in the terms: a monthly membership on top of the cleaning price, a minimum term, a service fee on each booking, and a charge to leave early. Tidystone has none of those.
You pay a flat price per visit, worked out by bedrooms and bathrooms before you book. Supplies and tax are in it. Your card is charged after the clean, not before, and there is nothing to pay between visits. If you want to stop, tell us. There is no fee to end a plan.
The other difference is who turns up. Tidystone is insured, and every cleaner is our own background-checked employee, not an independent contractor picking jobs from an app. We send the same person each visit wherever we can.

When to book it
Switching from a cleaning app
There is nothing to sign here and nothing to cancel later, so you can book your first Tidystone clean before your last app visit. Check the app's own terms for a minimum term or an exit charge before you cancel there, so nothing catches you out.
New recurring clients get $20 to $40 off their first recurring clean, depending on home size. If the place has gone a while between cleans, start with a deep clean and begin the plan after it.

The checklist
What every visit includes
The same checklist every visit, every room, with every product and the vacuum brought by your cleaner.
Kitchen
Counters, backsplash and sink scrubbed. Outside of every appliance. Cabinet fronts wiped. Floor washed by hand at the edges.
Bathrooms
Tub, shower, tile and grout line scrubbed. Toilet inside and out. Mirrors and fixtures polished streak free.
Bedrooms
Beds made with hotel corners. Surfaces dusted top to bottom. Under accessible furniture vacuumed.
Living areas
Dusted high to low, including sills, baseboards, blinds and switch plates. Upholstery vacuumed.
Floors throughout
Vacuumed and mopped, with corners and edges done by hand instead of a machine pass.
Finish
Trash out, fresh liners, and a photo of every room sent to you before your cleaner leaves.
Recurring visits start at $120 for a one bed, one bath every two weeks. See the full price table on the home page.
Questions about this clean
Straight answers.
Is there a membership or monthly fee?
No. There is no membership fee, no sign-up fee and no monthly charge. You pay the flat price of each clean, after it is done. Recurring clients become Tidystone Members for free: your price stays locked when ours go up, you get first pick of holiday dates, and inside the fridge is free every 4th visit.
Is there a fee to cancel?
Ending a recurring plan is free, any time. Moving or skipping a single visit is free with 24 hours notice. Inside 24 hours there is a $50 charge, because your cleaner has already turned down other work for that slot.
Are there booking or service fees on top of the price?
No. The calculator price includes supplies and tax, and it is the amount your card is charged.
Who are the cleaners?
Tidystone employees: background-checked, covered by Tidystone's insurance, and not independent contractors. We send the same person each visit wherever we can.
